DCG ONE’s Response and Readiness Plans for Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As a service provider to a variety of critical business industries, DCG ONE is committed to staying open and operational while following strict CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 outbreak. The below outlines DCG ONE’s plan to remain open, as well as our current readiness and actions in-place to address the unprecedented public health crisis.

DCG ONE participates in the supply chain for several of the Critical Infrastructure Sectors defined by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). To ensure these industries are capable of continued operation, CISA has outlined requirements for manufacturers within the supply line of these sectors to remain open.

Further, the USPS has specifically designated our key business functions as essential in a bulletin dated March 22, 2020: “Postal and shipping workers, including those in the private sector, are also considered essential critical infrastructure workers under recent guidance issued by the Department of 真钱百家家乐手机版homeland Security. White House and CDC guidance has also stated that such industries have a special responsibility to maintain normal work schedules.”

As such, DCG ONE expects to continue manufacturing operations unless specifically informed of a change in guidance by officials.

The below information reflects our guidelines and practices as of March 24, 2020. If there are any fundamental changes to our plan, we will update this post to reflect them.

Employee Health and Workforce Readiness

Our continued priority will remain the health and safety of our staff and as such we will adjust our operations as necessary if this is at any time in jeopardy. Some of the precautions we are currently taking include:

Promoting & following CDC guidelines for hygiene & social distancing
Mandating employees with any illness symptoms stay 真钱百家家乐手机版home and coordinate with HR
Work at 真钱百家家乐手机版home status for applicable positions
Gapping shifts to eliminate crossover of personnel
Disinfecting workstations a minimum of twice daily
Disinfecting production equipment between shifts
Disinfecting common areas a minimum of twice daily
Restricting meeting sizes
Restriction of visitors in our plants

Business Continuity

The safety of our employees, clients, suppliers and all of our families remain of critical importance to us. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and this certification, when put into practice, helps provide guidance for our workforce. Further, we developed and maintain a Business Continuity Plan and have a dedicated Pandemic Policy in place to help address the issue. These includes the following:

ISO 9001:2015 business continuity / disaster risk management and contingency programs activated
Communicating and educating all employees about contagious diseases by having department meetings, posting notices and explaining our facility guidelines and plans
Health protocols for all employees and staffing plans
Ongoing management meetings across the organization that allows us to adjust and adapt to current business needs and situations
Supply chain continuity: plans and communications with our suppliers (i.e. paper suppliers, sub-vendors, freight carriers, USPS and equipment servicers)
